With over a decade’s experience as a freelance editor and ghostwriter, I’m the perfect person to help get your words out to the world, no matter what stage your project is at. Whether you need a blog post, a developmental editor to help you plot your novel, a trained historian with non-fiction experience to help you write your autobiography, or just need a sounding board for your ideas, I’m only an email or a call away.
I work with people all over the world and am happy to travel. I’m a freelance editor and writer based in Wales, but I can travel anywhere in the UK on a day rate. I can even travel overseas for a day rate plus expenses.

What Kind of Writing Do You Do?
I write anything from blog posts, picture books, short stories, and novels, through to non-fiction and academic works over a range of subjects and styles. While I have specialised knowledge in history, my research background gives me a well-rounded approach to any topic or genre.
What Are Your Qualifications?
I have a BA in English and History, and an MA in Public History from Monash University. After working as a museum curator writing web content, guides, and text panels, I branched out and worked toward a Creative Writing certification from Wesleyan College.
How Can I Pay?
My preferred payment method is direct bank transfer. I invoice at the start of the project, taking a 50% deposit upfront, with final payment on completion.
If requested, I also accept payment via PayPal, but this may incur a slight surcharge to cover the fees associated with that.
What Experience Have You Had?
I’ve been a freelance editor and ghostwriter for books published by major publishers like Taylor & Francis, Orion, and Avon. I’ve also worked closely with self-published authors both new, and well-established. As a ghostwriter, most of my work is protected under NDA (so you can be assured of my discretion with your project), but one of the projects I can be public about was nominated for the Financial Times Book of the Year in 2018, Fiona Green’s Winning With Data.
Do You Accept Or Provide Guest Posts for Blogs?
I offer guest blogging services separate to my commissioned blog writing. I charge for most guest posts at a reduced fee providing I have links back to my blog and social channels, but will consider other arrangements on discussion.
I will happily accept guest submissions from other bloggers and writers. If you have an idea for a post that you think will suit, feel free to get in touch and we can discuss it!
